MEMBER NOTICE: We’ve been made aware of an issue that may affect some Members using The Mac App on Apple devices when updating to the new iOS17 being rolled out by Apple. If you have trouble accessing The Mac App after updating to iOS17, simply delete The Mac App from your device and reinstall it from your App Store. You will then need to log in using your Member Number and Online Banking password.
We advise Members not to make too many attempts to access The Mac App if affected as it may block you from your online services. If this happens or you have any questions, please call our team on 1300 622 278 between 8am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday and we can assist you.
